NOTE TO ALL X-ICE COACHES:

1. NO FACE OFFS. The time clock will start when all the kids are on the ice, but the coaches don't need to hold the puck and line players up.  Some groups lost a minute while coaches held the pucks.
2. Too many coaches on the ice during the cross ice games. There should only be 1 coach per team on the ice.  And they are there to throw the pucks out of the nets when the players score. There is no coaching here. Just let the players play w/no instruction.
3. No parents on the benches.  There was way too much confusion and we do not want the parents added to that.
